Apprize makes it simple to manage your accounts with their easy-to-use online portal and mobile app. In the portal, you can view your balance and transaction history, submit a claim, and see important messages.
If you are enrolled in the Option 1 Base HRA Plan or Option 2 Enhanced HRA Plan, you are eligible to enroll in the HRA with Apprize Benefit Services
To register on the Apprize portal:

Select “Login” in the top right corner of the

homepage and click “Participant” Select “Employee Benefits” and click "Register” then complete the required fields

Use the email you provided to your employer for your benefits. Zip code should be that of your home address.
Use of an Apprize Debit card at the Pharmacy should NEVER include using a PIN. Cards should always be used as a “credit card” at the Pharmacy and the PIN should always be bypassed.
