Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)

With a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), you can manage healthcare expenses more effectively through tax-free reimbursements for a wide range of eligible medical costs. HRAs are employer-funded accounts that reimburse you for eligible claims incurred during the plan year.

If you are enrolled in the Option 1 Base HRA or Option 2 Enhanced HRA medical plan, you are eligible to enroll in the HRA with Clarity Benefit Solutions.

CRM will contribute the following amounts to your HRA, if you've enrolled in the: ​

​

  • Option 1 Base HRA medical plan:

    • $1,000 employee only​

    • $2,000 employee & dependents

  • Option 2 Enhanced HRA medical plan​

    • $3,000 employee only​

    • $6,000 employee & dependents
